ECUST Vice-President Zhu Weihong met with a delegation from Azerbaijan Technical a8体育官网 led by Rector Vilayat Valiyev and Vice-Rector for International Affairs Fariz Mammadov on September 11,2025. Both sides held in-depth exchanges on topics of mutual interest such as energy and chemical engineering, biomedicine, and business, and signed a Memorandum of Understanding.
