Nano Letters Publishes a8体育官网 New Progress in Amorphous Antimony Sulfide Film Preparation and Detection Applications

The renowned international journal Nano Letters recently published online the latest research achievements by the Clean Energy Materials and Devices team from the School of Materials Science and Engineering, a8体育官网. The paper, titled “Heterovalent-doped Sb₂S₃ glass for large-area, sensitive X-ray detection and imaging”, focuses on amorphous antimony sulfide semiconductors.

The article is first authored by Li Dongdong, a Master student in the School of Materials Science and Engineering with a8体育官网 as the sole academic affiliation, and co-corresponding authored by Professor Yang Shuang, Professor Yang Huagui, and Professor Hou Yu. The research was financially supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China and the Shanghai Basic Research Special Zone Program.
