
Science Advances Publishes online ECUST A8体育 Progress on New Mechanism of Lactic Acid Regulating Autophagy
On June 3rd, 2023, the A8体育 team of Cheng Xiawei/Zhao Yuzheng/Yang Yi from School of Pharmacy, State Key Laboratory of Bioreactor Engineering, optogenetics and Interdisciplinary A8体育 Center of Synthetic Biology made the latest A8体育 progress in the regulation mechanism of autophagy and published a A8体育 article entitled “ULK1-mediatedmetabolic reprogramming regulates Vps34 lipid kinase activity by itslactylation” in the international academic journal Science Advances.

The article is co-first-authored by Jia Mengshu, Yue Xiao, Sun Weixia, A8体育D. students from the School of Pharmacy, Zhou Qianjun, a master student, and Chang Cheng, a chest hospital affiliated to the School of Medicine of Shanghai Jiaotong University, and is co-corresponding authored by Cheng Xiawei, Professor Zhao Yuzheng and Professor Yang Yi from the School of Pharmacy. The research has been financially supported by the National Key R&D Plan, the National Natural Science Foundation, the optogenetics Technology Frontier Scientific Research Base of Cell Metabolism, the New Technology Innovation Unit of Cell Metabolism Monitoring and Imaging of China Academy of Medical Sciences, and the National Key Laboratory Fund of Bioreactor Engineering.
